Recruiting Manager

You will be responsible for employee management, with employees directly reporting to you, wherein you are responsible for their salary, promotions, growth, and annual reviews. You will be the primary point of contact for client projects, will manage strategic direction through a project’s lifetime, keep client satisfaction high, and execute against project goals with oversight from the General Manager. Projects you will be responsible for will oftentimes range in size from larger project engagements to multiple small or mid-sized projects. Recruiting Managers have a reflexive role based on business need. At times your focus will be on internal management of Bincers and their development. At other times, you may be billed externally to clients to provide similar management oversight and development to clients and their teams.

Skills & Experience

  • 6 years sourcing, recruiting, and closing experience with a talent firm or in-house recruiting organization.
  • 2 years successful management experience, with demonstrated success and increasing responsibilities. Preferred experience should include talent management (hiring, promoting, managing contributors) of 7 or more contributors. 
  • 1 year experience managing recruiting budget and cost/value center and experience managing multiple client groups.
  • Extremely proficient in recruiting best practices, from sourcing to closing, and desire to teach those methods.
